Information you provide

We receive the name, email address, company, phone or WhatsApp number, project type, application, quantity, target date, requirements and files that you choose to submit. Product-specific inquiries also identify the product and source page. Required fields are marked on the form. Please do not submit passwords, unrelated personal information or confidential material that is not needed for the inquiry.

How inquiry information is used

We use your submitted information to review requirements, prepare quotations, respond to questions and follow up on your project. The form sends the inquiry to our company mailbox. Hosting and email services process the information as part of operating the website and delivering and storing email.

Attachments and retention

The server temporarily processes uploaded files and sends accepted files as email attachments; the form does not create a permanent website upload library. Inquiry emails and their attachments are retained long-term in our email records, with no scheduled automatic deletion. You may request deletion using the contact below. Temporary upload processing is different from email retention.

Session cookies and third-party services

The inquiry form uses a session cookie to validate submissions and limit repeated attempts. Our hosting service may process technical request information to operate and protect the website. The contact page includes an embedded Google Map, which can send technical information such as your IP address to Google when loaded. WhatsApp links take you to a separate service when selected. Those services apply their own privacy policies.

Access and deletion requests

Email info@threebearstech.com to request access to or deletion of your inquiry information, or to ask questions about its handling. Identify the email address used for the inquiry and enough project context to locate it; do not send identity documents unless requested through an agreed process. We may need to verify that a request relates to your information. We will explain any information we cannot delete and the reason when responding.
