PROJECT QUESTIONS
Before the first technical review.
These answers describe how a project can begin. They do not promise an unreviewed specification, performance result, certification, schedule, or price.
What is the difference between the two panel versions?+
Both are 24V, 240 × 480 mm and have 288 LED packages per sheet. The single-color version uses 2835 LEDs; the RGBW version uses 5050 LEDs. RGBW means red, green, blue and white, not tunable white.
Is this a complete backlit panel or an LED board?+
This page shows LED PCB sheets used as light sources for stone backlighting, not a complete lightbox or light-guide panel. Stone, diffusers, power supplies and controllers are not implied inclusions; confirm the supply scope in the quotation. Custom-size requests require a separate feasibility review.
How much power does each sheet use?+
Rated wattage and current have not yet been specified. Confirm the selected version and operating conditions before sizing the power supply, controller or wiring. Do not calculate power from LED count alone.
How do you determine LED spacing for backlit stone?+
Spacing depends on stone transmission, thickness, cavity depth, diffuser or reflector, LED optic, drive level, viewing distance, and the accepted uniformity target. Samples or mockups are often needed.
Can the LED panel match a custom stone shape?+
Custom board outlines or modular arrangements can be evaluated against manufacturing limits, support points, wiring, thermal path, installation, and service access.
Can brightness and CCT be customized?+
They can be included as project targets. LED selection, binning, operating current, optics, stone variation, driver, tolerance, and measurement method must be confirmed.
What should I send for a first layout review?+
Send stone dimensions and thickness, photos or samples, cavity depth, support and opening drawings, desired appearance, power and dimming needs, installation method, quantity, and target date.
