12V RGB LED strips
Designed to control 12V RGB LED strips. Match the strip wiring and channel load to the board before installation.
12V RGB LIGHTING · USB HID KEYBOARD · IAP
Integrate 12V RGB LED strip control and USB HID keyboard functionality into your gaming machine. The board supports Android 11 and later, Debian, and IAP firmware updates. Share the strip load, host setup and key mapping for integration review.
Select a channel, then adjust its red, green and blue values independently.
Independent RGB outputs · Not individually addressable pixels
Editing CH1 · R 128 / G 0 / B 0
Modbus RTU · 115200 baud · 8N1 · Device 0x01. Registers 0x0000–0x0008: CH1 R/G/B, CH2 R/G/B, CH3 R/G/B.
Function 0x06 writes one component at a time. Three commands below represent the selected channel; a single command leaves other registers unchanged.

Board test: connect the strip and 12V supply, then hold K1 while connecting Type-C power. The guide specifies a steady board indicator and strip flashing every 200ms. Rapid flashing is not reproduced here.
For PC control, the guide describes a 1-second board-indicator blink before connection and a steady indicator after a successful Modbus Poll connection. USB HID keys are tested separately with Keyboard Test Utility.
Browser-only illustration based on the supplied test guide. No USB or serial connection is made. Starting colors are demo values, not a specified power-on state. RGB values represent control levels, not calibrated optical brightness. CH1–CH3 follow the guide's logical register mapping; confirm physical connector labels on the actual board.

↓APPLICATION FIRST
Bring RGB strip lighting and USB HID keyboard functionality into a gaming or entertainment machine. Match the lighting behavior and keyboard mapping to the host application, and plan firmware maintenance with IAP support. Review the actual LED load, host configuration and update procedure before integration.
CONTROLLER FEATURES
Core functions for this controller configuration. Electrical ratings, keyboard mapping and the upgrade procedure are confirmed with the selected board and firmware.
Designed to control 12V RGB LED strips. Match the strip wiring and channel load to the board before installation.
Supports RGB color selection and brightness adjustment. Define the required lighting behavior with your application.
Supports USB Human Interface Device keyboard functionality for host input. Agree on the keyboard mapping and application response.
Supports Android 11 and newer versions. Verify USB connectivity and key handling on the actual host device and application.
Supports Debian systems. Confirm the target release, host hardware and application integration during project review.
Supports In-Application Programming (IAP). Confirm the update tool, interface and procedure for the delivered firmware.
DEFINE BEFORE DESIGN
Confirmed requirements, preferred targets, and open questions can all be included in the first brief. Unknown values stay visible until they are reviewed.
Player actions, game states, service modes, outputs, timing, fault behavior, and restart conditions.
12V RGB strip type, total length, current per channel, connector pinout and desired color and brightness behavior. Output ratings must be confirmed for the selected board.
12V lighting supply, board power requirements, grounding, protection and power-up sequence. Do not assume USB supplies the LED strip load.
Android version (11 or later) or Debian release, host hardware, USB connection, application key mapping and reconnect behavior.
Outline, mounting, connector access, wiring routes, enclosure clearance, serviceability, and environment.
Firmware version, upgrade interface and tool, entry procedure, power requirements and recovery procedure. Verify lighting, HID input and upgrades on the target machine.
PROJECT FIT
Projects can begin from a new functional brief or an existing machine and board; there is no single off-the-shelf specification.
Start from a functional brief, block diagram, mechanical envelope, loads, and interface list.
Review the current board, known issues, desired changes, files, and available samples.
Coordinate RGB or indicator lighting with machine states, power, connectors, and firmware.
Evaluate whether separate functions can be combined without weakening serviceability or validation.
CONTROLLED DEVELOPMENT PATH
A review result, prototype, or sample remains a project stage. Production begins only from the information and acceptance criteria approved for that project.
Confirm the application, functions, electrical limits, interfaces, mechanical constraints, quantity, and open questions.
Develop the agreed circuit, PCB layout, firmware scope, connectors, and prototype route.
Check the agreed functional, electrical, thermal, communication, and fit criteria, then record revisions.
Release only the approved design, component, firmware, assembly, inspection, and packing information.
DESIGN & MANUFACTURING SUPPORT
Our in-house PCB design connects your product requirements with manufacturing and testing capabilities at our partner factories.
In-house design
Circuit and PCB layout developed around your product requirements.
Partner factory
Component placement and assembly for the approved board design.
Partner factory
Reflow soldering as part of the board assembly process.
Partner factory
Optical inspection to support assembly quality checks.
Partner factory
Optical measurement for applicable LED module projects.
Manufacturing and testing scope is agreed for each project. Integrating sphere testing applies to LED optical projects; it is not a required test for every control board. These images illustrate capabilities, not test results or certification for this product.
PROJECT QUESTIONS
These answers describe how a project can begin. They do not promise an unreviewed specification, performance result, certification, schedule, or price.
Yes. Provide clear board photos, dimensions, labels, connectors, power information, known functions, issues to change, and any available files or samples. The feasible review scope is confirmed after inspection.
It controls 12V RGB LED strips, including color and brightness. Confirm the strip wiring, current per channel and total load before connecting it. RGBW and addressable-strip support are not specified for this configuration.
Android 11 and later, and Debian are supported. Confirm the target host hardware, Debian release, USB configuration and application key mapping during integration.
The board supports USB Human Interface Device (HID) keyboard functionality. Define the required keyboard reports and key mapping for the host application. This does not specify the protocol used to control RGB lighting.
Yes. IAP (In-Application Programming) is supported. The upgrade interface, tool, firmware package, entry steps and recovery procedure must be confirmed for the delivered firmware. IAP does not by itself imply wireless or remote updates.
Send the machine application, RGB LED load, USB host and key mapping, required functions, power, IAP requirements, board space, quantity, target date, and available files or samples. Unknown items can be listed for technical review.
